Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from HUSHFOOT. Delivery charges and available options are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

UK delivery

UK launch orders over £45 qualify for free UK delivery. Orders below the free-delivery threshold are charged the delivery rate shown at checkout.

Delivery timing

Most orders arrive within 8–18 business days, depending on destination and the delivery service available for your address. This estimate includes the normal delivery window; exceptional carrier, customs or public-holiday delays may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number where tracking is available. Please check your tracking email before contacting us about a delayed parcel.

International delivery

International delivery charges and available destinations are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that apply to your destination are the responsibility of the customer unless the checkout states otherwise.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment. If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us with your order number and photos or tracking information so we can investigate.
